Notes
- Paragraphs work in About text only. Press Enter and the text splits into separate paragraphs. Support text is rendered as one block — line breaks there collapse into spaces.
- Markdown does not work in either field.
**bold**appears literally. - Email is not translatable, since an address is the same in every language.
The Discord button is always shown. Leaving Discord URL empty does not hide it — the button renders and links nowhere, which looks broken to visitors.
If you do not run a Discord, point the URL at something useful instead (your support page, your forum) and change the button label to match.
Writing it well
The support panel is the first place a confused customer looks. Say plainly how long you take to reply and what information you want from them:
Bought something and it has not arrived? Message us in #support on Discord with your username and your Tebex transaction ID. We usually reply within 24 hours.
That one paragraph removes most of the "where is my rank?" messages.
